Can I use my international driver’s license?
Valid driver’s licenses issued in your state or country are acceptable, as well as international licenses.

Do I need insurance?
Yes. Having vehicle insurance is required by state law.

What are the age requirements?
You must be at least 21 years old.

Do you pick up and drop off your customers?
Yes. We have a service to pick up and drop off our customers for rentals at Miami Airport, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Port of Miami, Port of Fort Lauderdale, and hotels.

Do you pick up and drop off the vehicle?
Yes. We offer this service.

Do you pick up customers at the airports?
Yes. We pick them up from the airport and take them to the airport.

Is it possible to deliver to hotels?
Yes. We take them to the hotels; the customer needs to be present to sign the rental contract.

Is the use of miles unlimited?
You have 150 miles per day.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for the vehicle rental with cash, PayPal, Zelle, credit cards, or debit cards. The deposit must be made with a credit card.

Can I use someone else’s credit card to rent a vehicle?
Yes, but the cardholder must be present with proper identification to sign the rental contract and appear as an additional driver.

Do I need to make a deposit to reserve on the website?
Yes, the deposit to reserve on the website is between $50 and $100 USD. The deposit is charged once the customer fills out the credit card information. Upon receiving the vehicle, you will pay the remaining balance.

What happens to the deposit if I cancel the reservation?
Reservations canceled more than 48 hours before the rental: Your deposit becomes a credit for your next reservation, valid for 1 year! Cancellations within 48 hours before the rental: No refund or credit.

Do I need to leave a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required for security purposes. The amount will be refunded to you.

What is the deposit amount?
The deposit amount depends on the type of vehicle and generally ranges from $250.00 to $500.00.

What types of vehicles do you offer?
We have economy, compact, mid-size, full-size, convertible, SUV, minivan, and 15-passenger vans.

Do you have automatic or manual transmission cars?
We have automatic cars.

Do the vehicles have air conditioning?
Yes. All our vehicles are equipped with air conditioning.

Do you rent vehicles by the hour?
No, the minimum rental period is 3 days.

Do you offer accessories with rentals?
Yes. We offer accessories that can be rented along with the vehicles, including baby seats, SIM cards with unlimited internet and calls, and GPS navigation systems.

Is there an additional charge for more than one driver?
Yes. Additional charges apply when the rented vehicle is going to be driven by more than one person.

Is there an additional charge for fuel?
You must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it was given to avoid additional fuel usage charges.

Is there an additional charge for underage drivers?
Yes. This only applies to drivers between the ages of 21 and 24.

Is there a toll charge?
A- Prepaid  unlimited E-tolls ( Desde $11.99 /día includes activation fee)
B- Post Paid E-Tolls  : (A $20 activation fee will be deducted from your security deposit, in addition to any tolls incurred. )  Rentals between Miami and Orlando have a predetermined value of $50 plus local charges


Is there an additional charge for age?
Yes. This applies to drivers between the ages of 21 and 24, as well as to drivers over 65 years old.

Can I drive outside the state?
Vehicles can only be driven within the state. Contact us for information about additional fees for taking the vehicle out of state.

If I rent a vehicle for an entire month, can I get a good price?
Yes. We offer special rates for monthly rentals

Do you offer discounts for airport employees, AAA members, or travel agencies?
Yes. We provide discounts to members of any of these associations.

Do you offer coupons?
Yes. You can print them from our website when available.

If my flight departs outside of your business hours, is there a place where I can return the rented vehicle?
Yes. We offer a drop-off service during non-business hours. Let us know in advance, and we will provide instructions on where to leave the vehicle.
